GeoRace Account and Data Deletion

GeoRace by Anatolian Games

GeoRace does not ask for a Google, Apple, email, or social account. When you use online play, Firebase creates a random anonymous account identifier for your device.

Request deletion

  1. Email info@anatoliangames.com with the subject “GeoRace deletion request”.
  2. Include the approximate room code, player name, and date/time of your last online game so we can locate the anonymous record. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
  3. State whether you want the anonymous account and all associated online data deleted, or only specific online data deleted.

What is deleted

After we verify and locate the request, we delete the associated Firebase anonymous account where identifiable, active room and gameplay records, chat messages, and related moderation reports unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an unresolved abuse investigation.

Retention

Active rooms are designed to expire after two hours. Backup, diagnostic, security, or moderation records may remain for a limited period where technically necessary or legally required. Data that cannot reasonably be linked to the details in your request may not be locatable.

Remove local data

You can remove local preferences and the anonymous session from your device by clearing GeoRace storage or uninstalling the app. This does not replace an email request for deletion of identifiable online records.

Silme talebi gönderme

  1. “GeoRace silme talebi” konusuyla info@anatoliangames.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
  2. Anonim kaydı bulabilmemiz için yaklaşık oda kodunu, oyuncu adını ve son çevrimiçi oyunun tarih/saatini yazın. Parola, ödeme bilgisi veya başka hassas bilgiler göndermeyin.
  3. Anonim hesabın ve bağlantılı tüm çevrimiçi verilerin mi, yoksa yalnızca belirli verilerin mi silinmesini istediğinizi belirtin.

Silinen veriler

Talebi doğrulayıp kaydı bulduktan sonra, ilişkilendirilebildiği ölçüde Firebase anonim hesabını, aktif oda ve oyun kayıtlarını, sohbet mesajlarını ve ilgili moderasyon bildirimlerini sileriz. Güvenlik, dolandırıcılığı önleme, yasal yükümlülük veya sonuçlanmamış kötüye kullanım incelemesi için tutulması gereken kayıtlar istisnadır.

Saklama

Aktif odalar iki saat sonra sona erecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Yedek, tanılama, güvenlik veya moderasyon kayıtları teknik ya da yasal olarak gerekli olduğu sürece sınırlı bir dönem tutulabilir. Talepte verilen bilgilerle makul biçimde ilişkilendirilemeyen veriler bulunamayabilir.

Cihazdaki verileri kaldırma

GeoRace uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak cihazdaki tercihleri ve anonim oturumu silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem, bulunabilen çevrimiçi kayıtların silinmesi için e-posta talebinin yerine geçmez.
